Tax Exemption Reminder

This is an annual reminder that by February 15, 2012 any employee who claimed Exemption from Tax Withholding in 2011 and desires to continue being exempt must renew their status.  Failure of employees to renew their exempt status by this date will result in being changed to the Federal and State withholding status of Single and Zero personal allowances. 

You can submit a new UC W-4/DE4 form or go to At Your Service Online and make the renewal.  Here are links to these two options:
